These terms govern access to Dabe's HVAC estimate widgets, booking workflows, admin tools, and related services.

Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Use apply to the websites, estimate widgets, booking workflows, dashboards, APIs, and related services provided by Dabe (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these terms.
If you use the Services on behalf of an HVAC company or another organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. In these terms, "Customer" means the company or organization using Dabe, and "homeowner" means an end user who interacts with a Dabe-powered estimate or booking flow.
What Dabe provides
Dabe provides software for HVAC companies to configure repair diagnostics, replacement estimate ranges, rebates, financing assumptions, service areas, booking rules, and conversion analytics.
Dabe is not an HVAC contractor, emergency response provider, financing provider, insurer, or manufacturer. HVAC companies using Dabe are responsible for the services, appointments, pricing, warranties, and communications they provide to homeowners.
Estimates and emergency use
Online estimates shown through Dabe are informational only. They depend on homeowner inputs, property information, company configuration, third-party data, and assumptions that may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Final pricing, diagnosis, availability, eligibility for rebates, financing terms, and scope of work must be confirmed by the HVAC company or a qualified technician. Dabe should not be used for emergency HVAC, gas, electrical, fire, water, health, or safety situations. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or utility provider.
Accounts and admin responsibilities
Company admins are responsible for keeping account access secure and for ensuring that only authorized personnel can configure pricing, diagnostic flows, company profile data, booking settings, integrations, and service areas.
Customers must provide accurate information, maintain current configuration, review generated estimate flows before publishing, and promptly disable access for users who no longer need it.
Company pricing and customer commitments
Customers are responsible for all HVAC prices, service descriptions, replacement packages, rebate copy, financing assumptions, warranties, disclaimers, appointment windows, and follow-up practices presented through their Dabe-powered workflows.
Customers must not use Dabe to publish misleading prices, unavailable offers, unsafe recommendations, unlawful claims, or content that conflicts with applicable licensing, consumer protection, advertising, privacy, or trade practice laws.
Homeowner booking requests
A booking request submitted through Dabe is a request for follow-up or appointment handling by the relevant HVAC company. Unless the HVAC company confirms otherwise, submitting a request does not guarantee appointment availability, final price, service eligibility, or completion of any work.
Homeowners are responsible for providing accurate contact details, service address, system information, and appointment preferences. The HVAC company may contact the homeowner to confirm or reschedule the appointment.
Third-party services
Dabe may use or connect with third-party services, including Supabase for database, authentication, and storage services, Google Places for address autocomplete, ATTOM for property data lookup, and ServiceTitan when a Customer enables that booking or CRM integration.
Use of Google-powered address features is subject to Google's applicable terms, including the Google Maps Platform Terms and Google Privacy Policy.
Third-party services may change, become unavailable, return incomplete information, or impose their own eligibility and usage rules. Dabe is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass the security of the Services.
- Do not use the Services to submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or malicious content.
- Do not access another company's data or attempt to use another user's credentials.
- Do not use Dabe to make automated legal, medical, safety, credit, insurance, employment, or housing eligibility decisions.
Customer content and license
Customers retain ownership of company information, pricing data, service descriptions, images, booking configuration, and other content they submit to Dabe.
Customers grant Dabe a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services. Customers represent that they have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content to Dabe.
Dabe intellectual property and feedback
Dabe and its licensors own the Services, software, designs, workflows, documentation, and related intellectual property, except for Customer content and third-party materials.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant Dabe the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
Paid plans and order terms
If Dabe offers paid plans or order forms, the applicable fees, billing period, usage limits, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and taxes will be described in the order, invoice, or plan terms presented at purchase.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Suspension and termination
Dabe may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe an account presents a security risk, violates these terms, creates legal exposure, or uses the Services in a way that harms Dabe, Customers, homeowners, or third parties.
Customers may stop using the Services at any time, subject to any separate subscription or order terms that apply.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dabe disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.
Dabe does not warrant that estimates, property data, address suggestions, booking availability, analytics, or integration outputs will be complete, current, or accurate in every circumstance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dabe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, loss of data, or cost of substitute services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dabe's total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid to Dabe for the Services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred dollars if no amounts were paid.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Services.
Changes and contact
Dabe may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
